Are Evesham Township events Rain or Shine?
Township events are all rain or shine unless otherwise noted on individual event pages. In the event that safety becomes paramount or incredible weather (hurricanes, blizzards, etc) or very unsafe conditions for the public and event staff, we will cancel events and refund all monies from vendors, artisans, food trucks, etc. We do not schedule rain dates. To ask vendors, entertainment, etc to have to reserve multiple dates during peak season is not possible. We certainly understand inventory damage concerns and understand vendors not participating.
