Event Planning Overview

Want to host an event in Evesham? Great, we love to have a good time! there are a few things to know. First, as an applicant, you will find a cooperative and friendly spirit among the businesses, merchants, employees and residents of Township of Evesham. Our goal is to help you plan a safe and successful community or private event.

Individuals or organizations considering holding an event in the public right of way in Evehsam, must file an application(s) with the town at least 90 days in advance of the event and receive Council Approval. When scheduling your event, be sure to check the Township events calendar for potential conflicts.

Events may include single or multiple day festivals, concerts, a stand-alone parade, race, walk, or bicycle event that is not part of a larger event.

* Evesham Township reserves the right to limit the amount of public events within the Township.

Completed Use Of Facilities Application & Agreement. All sections must be complete or it will be denied.

Copy of Certificate of Insurance MUST BE SUBMITTED with the application or it will be denied.

Road closures needed? If Yes, An Application For Street Closure Permit Is Needed.

Tent Size? If Over 30 Feet In One Direction A Tent Permit Is Needed. PERMIT PORTAL

Using Propane, open flame, or Cooking with Oil? If Yes, A Fire Department Permit Is Needed. PERMIT PORTAL

Activities in the roadways? If Yes, An Application For Street Closure Permit Is Needed.

Using food vendors? If Yes, A Mobile Food Vendor Permit Is Needed.

Conducting a Raffle? If Yes, A Raffle License Is Needed as well as a Games of Chance registration Application.

Conducting a Bingo? If Yes, A Bingo License Is Needed as well as a Games of Chance registration Application.
